Proactive Intelligence Platform

Architect & technical lead — PayPal

Predictive AI system that shifts payment integrity from reactive failure-recovery to proactive friction-prevention. A multi-modal behavioral signal layer feeds an LSTM friction-prediction engine that scores abandonment risk in real time across add-card, checkout, and payment flows; a multi-armed bandit selector deploys the optimal recovery intervention before the transaction fails.

The architecture is the subject of a sole-inventor patent application distinguishing it from prior art held by Google, IBM, and Oracle.

Enterprise Content Management Migration

Complete migration of PayPal's Enterprise Content Management ecosystem from Contentful to an in-house platform of my own architecture — an adapter-pattern framework built from the ground up and transitioned with zero operational downtime. Completed February 2025.
